Chef Darrell's Famous Beef & Beer Chili
Chili is a favorite meal as we head into the winter months. Adding beer gives a nice depth of flavour and also helps to tenderize the meat. I used a German-style "Eisbock" beer which is a true winter lager also enhanced by the addition of cocoa to the recipe.
