Our tenth cooking class with favorite cousin and hostess with the mostess Holly was a great success! The Moroccan SCALLOPS were done perfectly and the Rosemary crusted dijon Rack of Lamb with Minted port jus was amazing… some of my best work! Thanks so much to Holly and Marv for their endless support!! Cheers to you guys! Lets do it again!
