My dinner with Chef Darrell was a huge success! It was my first one, so I was a bit nervous. There was no need to be! Darrell was fantastic, efficient, and really knows how to entertain! He cooked up an awesome meal starting with Flambéd Sambuca Prawns, my personal favorite. He was respectful of my kitchen and my friends, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a wonderful evening. I will definitely be having him back for another dinner. Can’t wait!
